Reinthaler (2003) has also found resistant E. coli in wastewater treatment plant effluents. Given the constant evolution and strength of these microorganisms, they will certainly subdue the drugs. In addition, the resistance of antimicrobial amongst the bacteria is increasingly becoming a public health problem (Radhouani, 2014). As a result of bacteria ability to transfer resistance genes, examination of antimicrobial resistance should be carried out at the gene level.

3- All persons presenting complications beyond common gastrointestinal symptoms, such as bloody diarrhea, should be tested for EHEC O157.
