This paper will discuss your proposed plan to resolve the identified nursing problem. Please include the following in your plan:

1. Proposed solution/s to the identified Nursing Problem
2. How you would disseminate the information you have collected, including proposed solution if you were actually in charge of addressing this problem at a facility/organization
3. Barriers to implementing your plan
4. Solutions to overcoming barriers

The finished Assignment should be a 3–4 page descriptive essay, excluding the title page and references. Longer papers will not be accepted for grading. The nursing problem and purpose of this Assignment should be clearly established and sustained.
