midterm reflection

Write a reflection paper (2 – 3 pages, double-spaced) that synthesizes, relative to the theme, concepts from the assignments, readings, outside/additional readings and your own experiences (with citations and reference list in APA format). Topics for reflection paper are Traits of Supply Chains (Chapter 1,2,3), Financial Decisions (Financial Innovations) (Chapter 4-5), Collaboration (Strategic Sourcing and Green Supply Chain) (Chapeter 6-7 and Chapter 16), and Measuring Performance ( Planning and Responsivness) (Chapter 8-9).

Follow all instructions for each assignment, use attach rubric to guide grading of paper, and use attached chapters as a reference for writing assignment.
