How do you cite an article from a website?

 

How do you cite an article from a website? I think my instructor is doing it wrong. She told the class to do it like this, and I don’t think this is 6th Edition format! She wants us to do it as follows for the module readings. I don’t think the title is supposed to be in italics. Does this look right? Not sure.
