I need to help with a reflection paper.

If you were a therapist and a patient from a different cultural background presented to you for treatment, what steps would you take to ensure that you provided culturally sensitive assessment, diagnosis and treatment? need a brief reflection on this question of summarizes your thoughts and reactions.  Can anyone help me with APA writing style? I did get help from here ,but most of them were not in APA writing format and it is very important since I am still confused about APA writing format.
