I am just not understanding exactly what my instructor wants me to answer here.

Post a 200- to 300-word document in response to the following:  1) Choose the Humanistic OR Diversity View of Motivation, 2) Describe a few of the hallmarks of your chosen view and 3) provide examples from your own life why you feel this particular view can best help us understand what motivates you and why.
